Portland Scrapbooking

With the change in the weather, it’s important to get your kids out and enjoy some of the approximately ninety fountains in the Portland area. These shots were taken at the Rose Quarter fountain near the Trail Blazer arena. The scrapper did a great job of capturing these two water babies frolicking in the water. Definately when you go to the water, take your camera; the cool splashings bring life into even the most limp heat-drenched nine year old.
