I found a Friday Freebie for you- it’s here… It’s limited to the first 1000 downloads, so I don’t know how long it’ll stay there. They have a whole assortment of digital packages and stuff for you to play with.
Digital Scrapbooking is building your pages on the computer, then maybe printing them out. You can assemble the digital pages in any normal photo-editing project, and then either print them out yourself or have a service do it.

I just read that Kaboose has purchased Two Peas in a Bucket… lock stock and barrel, for $600,000 and a continuing pay-out. Apparently, the owners of Two Peas will continue with the site, and grow it to encompass a larger audience.
